My recent stay at the hotel was mixed. While I found the accommodations clean and cozy, I faced significant issues with the service at the bar and the front desk that left me disappointed. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, but the overall experience could have been much better if not for the staff's attitude during my visit.

While the kindness of Mrs. Chan and the quaint atmosphere were highlights of my stay, there were some drawbacks. The staff at check-in could be more welcoming, and I was disappointed with the bar service, as they finished cashing up too early.
